Dog Barking Wav

I have one hour of audio file 10 – How do I break this into smaller pieces?

I registered my dog because the neighbors complained my dog barks in the day. It is 10:00 and I want to see in my sound editing program Cool Edit Pro 2.0. The problem is that I can not add anything more than 3 hours with this program. Does anyone know of a program where I can split a single wav file in 10 hours (10) files an hour? Thank you

Windows Movie Maker …. not just for making movies …. You can edit some audio too … or another of my favorites is "wave design studio" It comes standard with most computers running Microsoft
