Dog Barking Silencer
Can we infer that the jury an illegal silencer was used during the killing of some dogs, although none has been found?
Imagine that one of my friends got tired of living next to some people with dogs that bark really loud at sunrise every morning. Then he went out one night in his backyard, put a silencer on his gun illegally, and took off with his dogs while closing asleep. If he has been accused of killing the dogs, it can also be attributed to the illegal use of a silencer, even if no noise was ever found?
