Dog Barking Eliminator

I spray eliminator pet odor Febreze and my dog barks and runs around like a madman! What's wrong?

He sniffs everywhere I sprayed, and barks and growls and jumps! He has not come back! Hes a lb. 7 1 years Miniature Pinscher.
