Bark SYSTEMS ARE ANTI legal to use ON neighbor Doggy?

I read a patent to prevent dogs from barking. System hear the barking dog on a microphone, and instantly transmits the exact bark back, except the return bark is at a frequency high. What is human in that it is just confusion and the dog stops barking, supposedly. The effect is like when a person speaks into a microphone on a sound system and speakers start screaming. I have the opportunity to build this system to use neighbor dog barking was, however ………… …… Is it legal to do???

Good question. I think on YOUR property, then yes, it would Legal. They have done nothing to stop their dogs barking, and you will not be hurting the dog. So, why not? I would contact your office Local animal control and see what they have to say about the first, just in case, but I bet it will not be any big deal. Can you give Info for the product?
