What can I buy to prevent my dog from barking?

I have a labrador whobarks youth simplest thing that goes in the garden. I tried the ultrasonic noise collar, citronella spray collar and the collar PetSafe electronic transmitter that sends shocks by the dog, dspite all these areas, She always barks and becomes a nuisence with neighbors! Suggestions?
