do dog whistles actually make a dog stop barking?

I have 5 dogs weenie and when they all get to barking, it will actually make you believe that your eardrums are rattling. I was wondering if anyone of you have had success with anti-barking and what type you used, and if you have a special website I could go. Thank you!
